Recruitment Procedures

 

Recruitment is the heart of any manpower agency.

The recruitment is procedure is the major functional process for the creation of competitive working force.

The procedure of recruiting the employees starts with the company or by the agency that works on behalf of Foreign Principal.

Sourcing Manpower and Manpower Pooling

One Lead Connect maintains a manpower pool of ready-to-leave workers from private and public employment offices located in the key regions of the country. If required workers are not identified/available in our existing pool One Lead Connect shall make all the necessary arrangements for immediate sourcing/identification of the needed workers.

Pre-Screening/Shortlisting

The applicants aptitude, psychological and intellectual capacity are given considerable weight in choosing the appropriate worker. All credentials submitted by applicants are properly checked and verified. Three (3) or four (4) qualified applicants for every position are then shortlisted and referred to the clients for interview and or selection.

Final Selection/Interview

One Lead Connect can provide our clients with all the facilities and assistance in making their final selection fast and efficient. If so desired, we can do the final selection of their needed workers for and on behalf of our foreign employers with full guarantee on the workers competence and capabilities.

Documentation Procedures

One Lead Connect will always provide the needed assistance in preparing the required legal documents for verification at Migrant Workers Office (MWO) of the host country as mandatory requirements imposed to the registration and accreditation of your company to the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) and to the processing of documents to the Embassy.

Departure Orientation Seminar

To further ensure good deportment, One Lead Connect conducts intensive orientation sessions to better prepare the workers for the psychological and physical demands of the job. These sessions include among other things, information on the country of destination, principal's economy, employment terms and conditions, the principal's expectations on selected workers and other pertinent information
